The place was ideal and had exceptional staff at Roanoke Rapids Hampton Inn customer service, enjoyed the stay. The queen room I stayed in was updated with comfortable beds. It had things I needed, including Wi-Fi and a coffee maker. The hotel's location was EXCELLENT, just next door to Close to other shopping needs, Roanoke Rapids to the next Hampton and all the restaurants businesses. The place was located right off the highway.

Clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff who went out of their way to help. The breakfast was decent, but a clogged toilet was an inconvenience. The couch was stained.

I was impressed by how attentive the staff was. This Jimmie guy at guest services? He fixed my minor issue almost instantly and Tawanda from housekeeping? She was right there too!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still decent.
